We were safer in Paleolithic times in groups. Because of this we are programmed, as humans, to desire connection, feel safe and to be validated. To be part of a tribe that acknowledges our existence.
I think it’s time we change the conversation around “isolation” and move towards understanding the value of solitude.
We have a peace within us that is always there. At any time you can take five minutes to connect with your breath and return to this default state. A state of calm and peace.
