Paul Vincent is an explorer and researcher whose work sits at the intersection of human performance, neurobiology, and ancient wisdom traditions.
For over twenty years, his life has been a singular inquiry into the limits of the human system—from the high-pressure environments of global film sets to the profound silence of the Amazonian canopy.
Paul's early career was defined by physical extremes. He spent two decades operating as a high-performance specialist, preparing Olympic athletes for competition and lead actors for physically demanding roles in films including Star Wars, Blade Runner 2049, Black Panther, and Mission: Impossible.
Parallel to his professional work, he pushed his own limits as an expedition athlete, completing multi-day survival races across the Amazon and Fiji.
Seeking to understand the internal architecture of the "self" beyond Western performance metrics, Paul spent years living with and learning from indigenous communities.
He has been initiated into the traditions of the Huni Kuin (Brazil), the Wixárika (Mexico), and the Arhuaco (Colombia).
These experiences shifted his focus from the "optimization" of the body to the "regulation" of the soul, observing that health is not a battle to be won, but a state of belonging.
To provide a rigorous framework for these ancestral practices, Paul turned to doctoral research.
He is currently a PhD researcher in Psychedelic Therapy, specializing in the neurobiology of the "thaw"—the process by which the nervous system interrupts survival loops to allow for deep integration and presence.
Today, Paul acts as a bridge between ancient lineage and modern science.
His work is a synthesis of Active Inference and ritual, focused on helping world-shapers move beyond the "mind-movie" of achievement and into a state of direct reality.
