The rhythms you live your life within give you the life you have. There’s a great exercise we can do in order to take an objective look at whether our routine is aligned with our goals. Make two lists – (1) List all the things you want to accomplish, then (2) List what you spend your time doing. If you want to achieve something every aspect of your life must be aligned with that goal. Are you negotiating yourself out of the habits and routines that will help you achieve your goals?
Many people have been asking me what my morning routine looks like, so here is what I do (99%) of the time:
* 3:45am – Wake up
* Morning Tea Ritual (see photo above)
* Breathwork
* Journal 3 things I want to achieve that day/ 3 positive things
* Listen, watch or read something positive
* Exercise Starting your day on a positive note gives you a huge advantage. What’s your routine, share it below, good or bad, hearing it will surely help someone – no judgment here, I don’t believe in right or wrong.
