You don’t have to carve out precious time in your day to focus on mobility (although that is good to do) work it into the things you are already doing. End your day more flexible not more restricted.
We don’t need to age the way we do. Mobility contributes significantly to our longevity. Studies show that if we can be of service to our community as we age it gives us purpose, adversely if we loose mobility and need looking after we loose our drive and purpose. Don’t regress, emerge from this stronger, healthier and more vibrant than ever before.
